General Rules
1. General Circulation and Filipiniana Materials
Maximum of 2 books may be borrowed by a student for a period of three days.
NOTE: No loaning out of books every summer
Fines and Penalties
Fines shall be imposed on the following:
- Students should wear their school ID upon entrance and all throughout their stay in the library.
- Borrower’s card is required for all library transactions. School ID may be used for over-the-counter requests.
- Cell phones must be turned off or put on silent mode when inside the library premises.

Fines and Penalties
Fines shall be imposed on the following:
- Overdue Books a.Circulation, Filipiniana and Recalled Materials
- Overdue Photocopied Materials outside the Library
- Lost Book Should be reported immediately to the library loan counter to stop the accumulation of fines. Reported lost book should be: 3.1 Replaced with the latest edition of the said lost book.
- Unsettled Accounts Library patron with overdue account is not allowed to borrow / renew library materials. Library patron with unsettled account at the end of each semester will be included in the “Library Delinquent List”.
3.2 Payment for the lost book is also accepted based on its current value plus P100.00 of its cost for ordering and processing.
3.3 Found lost book is fined from the due date until the date of return.
- Disorderly and Disruptive Behavior
Unnecessary noise, loud conversations, sleeping, drinking, smoking and eating within the Library are strictly prohibited. Disorderly and disruptive behavior is a ground for minor offense.
- Refusal to pay Overdue Fine a. Refusal to pay overdue fine is a ground for minor offense.
b. Patron with overdue fine will be suspended of library privileges until such account is settled. - Use of another student’s ID Card
- of another student’s School I.D. card in all library transactions is strictly prohibited and is considered a major offense.
- Mutilation/Intentional damage to Library property Mutilation/intentional damage of library property is a major offense. Anyone found guilty shall be dealt accordingly.
- Stealing Library Property Stealing library property is a major offense and must be dealt accordingly.
- The library provides photocopying facility to maximize the use of materials and to facilitate easier research among its users.
- Photocopying the materials outside the library will be allowed if the photocopier machine inside is not working or too busy to accommodate all the customers.
