Processing of refund for overpayment shall be done after 1st Periodical Examination.
Refund for student withdrawal
A student who transfers or withdraws, in writing, within two (2) weeks after the beginning of classes, and who has already paid the pertinent tuition and other school fees in full or for any length longer than one month, will be charged twenty five percent (25%) of the total amount due for the school term if he withdraws within the first week of classes, or fifty per cent(50%) if within the two week of classes, regardless of whether or not he has actually attended classes. The student will be charged for all the school fees in full if he withdraws anytime after the second week of classes. (Academic Policy based on MORPHE 2008)
If student withdraws before the start of class, he/she will pay the registration fee and shall be deducted on the downpayment made by the student. The ORF (Official Registration Form) with duly stamped “Enrolled” must be presented for refund request to the Finance Office together with the accomplished withdrawal form. (Based on Finance Manual)
Graduation fees, transcript and certification fees and other school fees shall not be subject for refund.

If you are in debt to the College for any tuition fees, and have not already been withdrawn, you will not be allowed to enrol for the next academic year until the tuition fee debts are paid.
If you are in the final year of your course, we cannot award your Diploma and Transcript of Records or allow you to attend your graduation ceremony, until all tuition fee debts are settled; and no credentials will be released once you have existing balances.
